Sales & Operations Officer
As a Sales & Operations Officer at Infinite Simulation Systems in Breda (NL), you will have a very enjoyable and varied role. You will be responsible for the order process, starting from preparing the quotation and extending to invoicing. You will closely collaborate with your two colleagues and the sales team. Additionally, you will support our organization in other areas, actively contributing to the improvement of our administrative processes.
Your mission
- Collaborating with your colleague, you'll process all orders following an orientation period.
- Creating quotations to support our sales colleagues.
- Ensuring the processing of received orders and contracts in the Ansys order processing system, taking responsibility for deal registrations.
- Managing the invoicing process for received orders and proactively communicating with customers to ensure timely payments.
- You will alternate these tasks with various other administrative duties that support the team, such as answering phone calls and emails from customers, internal communication, and handling orders.

Your superpowers
- Possessing at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, coupled with initial administrative work experience.
- Demonstrating an ability to work independently, maintain overview, and exhibit a strong sense of responsibility.
- Displaying accuracy and organizational skills in all work-related activities.
- Flexibility in task management, a service-oriented mindset, and an enthusiasm for varied responsibilities.
- Prioritizing effectively, even during busier periods.
- Fluent communication in both Dutch and English, proficiency in Office 365, and a quick learner of new administrative software programs.
- If you have an affinity or experience in the (manufacturing) industry, that would certainly be an advantage.
