HR Advisor

As the HR Advisor for our Innoptus & Infinite branch in Breda, each with their own organizational structure (both located at the same site), you will play a pivotal role in creating and facilitating a work environment where Talent development is paramount. You ensure a positive impact on the staff and company culture. Together with the HR Director (in Belgium) and your other HR colleagues, you are responsible for various HR projects and initiatives that make this Talent development possible.

Your mission

• In collaboration with recruitment partners, you ensure a qualitative selection of new employees for our Dutch entities in Breda. You expand the network with potential candidates & educational institutions in an entrepreneurial way and bring in new talented employees together with the business. You ensure a high-quality onboarding for your new colleagues and continue to monitor their growth and performance.
• You also support your HR director in implementing and strengthening other HR processes within our the Belgian-Dutch-French group. This means working on various HR projects focused on increasing employee satisfaction, talent development, and internal communication.
• You have a knack for dealing with people and build excellent relationships with all colleagues in a hybrid work culture. You also actively contribute to a committed, warm atmosphere and team activities.
• As an HR Advisor, you also follow Dutch legislation and convert it into concrete policy and HR procedures, assisting your HR director, managers, and the two Managing Directors.
• Last but not least, you're not in it alone. You work closely with 2 experienced HR Officers in the Netherlands and are part of the HR team that supports our entire 4ITEGO Group.

Your superpowers

• You have a Master degree in a relevant college or university in a relevant HR field and a great passion for people.
• You have at least 4 years of experience in a Soft HR direction, for example as a Recruiter or Business Partner role. (Experience in dealing with highly educated technical profiles is a significant advantage).
• You have strong communication and interview skills; you bring a warm and involved approach to our colleagues..
• You are analytical, organized, and thorough, even in a broad and dynamic job.
• You have a good sense of humor, can approach different perspectives, and a pragmatic approach that allows you to work both in a team and independently..
• You enjoy working in a growing, technical, dynamic environment where HR genuinely has strategic value.
