As an experienced CAX Consultant, you are responsible for strengthening our expertise and guiding fellow consultants. With your passion for technology and innovation, you will not only support our clients but also contribute to the development of our team and the standardization of our working methods. Your mission
- Client Service: Provide demos, training, and workshops for clients and train internal trainers in specific CAD domains.
- Technology Development: Research and develop new product introductions and improve existing processes both internally and at clients.
- Standardization within the CAX team: Improve collaboration within the team by contributing to standardized workflows.
- Vision and Leadership: Demonstrate leadership and help elevate the team while implementing clear strategies for customers.
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with customers, identify opportunities, and help grow our organization.
Your superpowers
- Education & Experience: Master’s in Engineering and/or at least 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with Creo Parametric is a bonus. Knowledge of PTC products, Industry 4.0, and PLM is highly valued.
- IT Skills: CAD software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, team player, enthusiastic, structured, and detail-oriented. Commercial awareness and initiative-taking are a must.
- Languages: Dutch and English are required, French is a plus.
